For a brand name volume pedal at an affordable price, nothing beats the Morley Optical Volume Pedal. Professional-grade and quiet enough for the studio, it works great with any instrument you can plug in—guitar, bass, keyboard, you name it. This uses a super durable Electro-Optical circuit, rather than traditional pots, so you won't get that dreaded scratchy sound. The Morley stays true for the long haul. It's such a ubiquitous pedal, it's likely you already know someone who owns one. This used Morley Optical Volume Pedal is in Very Good condition, with no issues, only some velcro on the bottom, ready for the next pedalboard.
